Postpartum Doula Support

Compassionate Care for the Fourth Trimester

The postpartum period is a time of incredible transformation, physically, emotionally, and mentally. While welcoming a new baby is a beautiful experience, it can also bring exhaustion, uncertainty, and the feeling that you're expected to do it all.

You don't have to.

Whether you're welcoming your first baby or adding to your growing family, postpartum doula support provides the extra set of hands, trusted guidance, and compassionate presence that allows you to focus on healing, bonding, and adjusting to life with your newborn.

Every family deserves to feel supported, cared for, and never alone during the fourth trimester.

Daytime & Overnight Support

Whether you need a few hours of support during the day or overnight care so you can rest, postpartum doula services are tailored to your family's schedule and goals.

Daytime visits focus on education, emotional support, newborn care, and practical household assistance.

Overnight support allows parents to prioritize rest while receiving compassionate, evidence-informed care for their newborn throughout the night.

A minimum of four hours is required for daytime visits to provide meaningful, uninterrupted support.

I proudly serve families throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and additional locations through travel.

Why Families Choose Postpartum Doula Care

The early weeks after birth aren't meant to be navigated alone.

Whether you need someone to answer your questions, care for your newborn while you shower or rest, prepare a nourishing meal, or simply remind you that you're doing an incredible job, postpartum doula care provides compassionate, nonjudgmental support during one of life's biggest transitions.

Because every family deserves to feel supported, not just during birth, but long after.

Not sure what type of support you need? Whether you're looking for a few visits, overnight care, ongoing postpartum support, or insurance-covered services, I'd love to help you create a plan that meets your family's unique needs.
